Refunds may be issued, at the company’s discretion, to customers who receive damaged products. If you’re unhappy with the condition of your product on arrival and would like to return it, please note the following:

• Returns are only accepted if the package has not been opened.
• Any consumable products are excluded from return unless factory sealed.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the items.

In the event you receive an incorrect seed pack, please contact us immediately and refrain from opening the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Please note, opened sealed packs cannot be returned under any circumstances.
