Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the seeds are still in their original packaging. Any return shipping costs will lie with the customer.

Germination Policy

Biltong and Budz sells cannabis seeds strictly as collectible, novelty, or souvenir items. Germination and cultivation laws vary by region, and we do not encourage or condone illegal activity.

We take great care in sourcing high-quality seeds; however, we do not guarantee germination. The process of germination is highly dependent on environmental factors, techniques, and individual growing conditions, which are beyond our control.

While we are happy to discuss general best practices, all purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk, and we cannot replace or refund seeds that fail to germinate. Still, we ask that you let us know if you have germination problems. This helps us to perform our own germination tests on the stock and remove any seeds with less than 80% germination rate from our site.
