We use the AddPay payment gateway, which supports quick and easy payments from most major banks. Payments made this way will result in slightly quicker processing times.
We also support EFT payments, but payments need to be completed within 3 days of the order being made. Also please make sure you send proof of payment to orders@biltongandbudz.co.za using your order number as a reference.

To prevent spam, our user registration occurs when you make a payment. Upon checkout, an account will be created with your name and surname (eg: John.Smith) – you can then perform a password recovery to set your password for future logins.
Your username will be your first name and last name with a full-stop between. Our system creates these accounts by combining these two fields. If you need help with getting into your account, please contact us for assistance.
This is a question we get often, and while it would be easy to send you off to one particular strain and make a sale, we want to be fully transparent with growers. There is a lot of variation in potency between each seed in the same pack, and each person reacts to strains differently. What’s strong for one person may be weak for another.
Some of the strongest strains are those without high THC testing results. Strains like Sour Diesel, OG Kush, Chem 91, and a lot of Hazes are all known for their powerful effects.
Don’t buy the marketing hype of 35%+ strains being pushed as gospel.
Most banking apps let you recreate a proof of payment retroactively. If you’re unable to, please contact us for assistance.
An order may stay in processing for a few days while we get your order ready. For strains kept on hand, processing time ranges between 1 to 3 business days, while those kept with our suppliers may take 3 to 5 days to fully process.
Assuming you provided proof of payment at the same time as your order, the processing time is likely to be between 2 and 3 business days for in-hand stock, and between 3 to 5 days for stock held with our suppliers.
